Years ago I believe I recall Bill Hamm lobbying at a Boy's State Convention for a guy named Blaine Hone to be voted in as Secretary of State---and as I recall, Bill Hamm was very successful in his efforts....
Plus, I've had several phone calls through the years from Bill Hamm, and he always manages to FOOL me for a time...then he connects me with someone more Familiar. hmmmmm.....I eagerly look forward to his future writings.
